My Story

When I first heard about brain integration, I’ll be honest—I thought it was a total hoax. It sounded like one of those too-good-to-be-true wellness trends. But something about it kept tugging at me, especially because I was looking for anything that might help my son.

He had been on ADHD medication since Kindergarten and was diagnosed with Dyslexia in second grade. Everything was just a struggle with him. We had tried so many things, and nothing really made a lasting difference. So, I figured—why not give this a shot?

I remember sitting in the practitioner’s office, not fully understanding what was going on, but watching carefully. And then… something started to shift. From that very first day of brain integration, my son never went back on his ADHD medication. That alone blew my mind. But it didn’t stop there—he started reading more fluently, spelling with more ease, and the best part? His confidence soared. His test scores improved dramatically, and for the first time, school didn’t feel like a battlefield.

Seeing his transformation lit a spark in me. As a mom who was diagnosed with ADHD, clinical depression and anxiety in adulthood, I had my own share of struggles. Managing emotions, focusing, staying organized, managing day-to-day tasks—it all felt like swimming upstream.

So I thought, “If this worked for him, maybe it could help me too.” I went through brain integration myself, and I was stunned. Suddenly, my thoughts weren’t racing in a million directions. I could actually plan, follow through, and get things done without feeling as overwhelmed (because let’s be honest, being a mom is always a little overwhelming). I was more patient with my kids and was able to stay calmer in high-emotion situations.

I was so blown away by the changes in both my son and myself, I knew this wasn’t something I could keep to myself. People needed to know about this. That’s when I decided to become a brain integration practitioner. Now, I get to help others experience the same kind of freedom, clarity, and transformation that changed our lives—and honestly, there’s nothing more fulfilling than that.
